Walking In A Winter Wonderland. . .I Wish.

Seriously. Where I live, no snow by the end of November or by December 7th is almost. . .almost. . .something. . .that cannot be named it's so rare. ;) We've had about 3 downfalls, but the most was a foot. All the other ones melted in under 48 hours. :( The weather report says there is only a small chance for snow on Christmas Eve. Doesn't sound much like a white Christmas, does it? I swear, I am going to put "Snow" on my wish list. I think all the snow was used up lat year, and we ran out of snow. :(

This week is going to be fun because my dance winter break doesn't star until next week, but my school break starts today, so I have dance at night but free time during the day. :) Did mention that my brother AND Dad's birthdays are this week? My brother's birthday is tomorrow and he is turning 15. My Dad's birthday is on the 22nd. Only two days apart!!

As you can see, I installed a new design, which I made with a kit from Summer Time Designs and GIMP. :) I also fixed the header, as it wasn't big enough!

How To: Install A * Custom * Background

Hi Girls! Today I am going to give you a tutorial to install a custom background that is full length, or simply a background you would like to tile. You can see an example of a tiled background on my blog right now. Hope this helps you, and if you have any questions, feel free to comment below! Remember: Back up your template before you start by right clicking 'select all' and copy ALL of your template. You can paste this into a word document, or email it to yourself. This helps prevents ANY mix ups!

After you do this, you will not be able to use the Template Designer background up loader. This way is to install custom full length backgrounds you have made on Photoshop, Gimp, or any other program. You then can also upload a picture to tile on the background of your blog. 

I have a friend, and his name is Red!

I have decided to change my NaNo story to something else, because I don't think it would be nearly as fun as starting a brand-new novel. :) It's going to be called 'Flower Power', and I have written only about a page of my 'story', so now the page is like a plot. It won't start the same way I wrote it originally. :)

Yesterday, we had a very, let's just say, colorful dance picnic. We have one every year. This year's theme was 'COLOR BATTLE!' Oh yes! Our team went all out! We had black and red tutus, red hair with messy buns, red stars on our cheeks because out team is called 'Starfire', and red shirts! Our 'buddies', called Xtreme, was also red, so we made up a cheer to go along with out theme, hence the title. Our buddies are the age of 17-18, so they are super nice! We screamed 'RED!!!!!!!' whenever we had a chance. We played  some really fun games, and the food was really good! We had tacos, or 'walking tacos' because the bees were trying to nest in our hair, so every few seconds we would jump out of our seats because of our hair! :)

I had a very colorful weekend with my crazy friends. :)

Hey Girls! I got my blog design up, and can I say, it's adorable!! It took me about 10 minutes, because of no background, and a simple header! I also emailed those who ordered a design back with only a banner, because I love white backgrounds right now.

Speaking of design, I will have to close Dancing In The Rain {blog design} because I am way too busy with homework every night, and dance 15 hours a week. Sorry! :(

I currently hate my blog design! I know, I know, I just put it on, but I can't stand it!!! I hope to just have two colors, white and grey. I am planning it in my head this second! :) {Priya- I will get your blog design first, though. I won't be able to install the background on your blog, because I can't find the code for you to put in your HTML code.} The design should be up by Monday.
